Fcus on creating awareness and enhancing the use of appropriate technologies in the agricultural sector and all the allied industries. The profits made in the past will be consolidated and strengthened with the help of increased penetration of extension functionaries. Under this program, Pragati Path Foundation is conducted on village level one day farmer training on food processing and govermnet scheme under "Submission on Agriculture Extension" in Baragaon, Chiraigaon, Kashividhyapith, Arajiline and Haraua. There are 453 farmers benefited in this program.

Anju became an example for women by winning the award for the best woman farmer of the Uttar Pradesh state
Anju not just a story, she is the role model of every woman who gives up their life. She is very simple and dedicated women. She is always taking the responsibility of house work and children. Before 2019 she was very depress to her economic condition because it was poor. When she became of SHG member, She took lots of leadership and entrepreneurship training and the result is; Under SHPI program who supported by NABARD, the Pragati Path Foundation has formed Self Help Group. Anju Devi is member of Shristi Self Help Group who formed on August 2019 Badagaon, Varanasi. She had took the Beekeeping training under Submission on Agriculture Extension and Anju Devi doing a bee keeping with her husband, she has deeply knowledge of about it. Government of Uttar Pradesh awarded to the best women farmer and 75000 cash prize on occasion “Kisan Samman Diwas 2022” who given by Agriculture Minister Mr. Surya Prakash Shahi.
