Pragati Path Foundation is working with 100 SHGs member at 20 Gram Panchayat in Block Baraga on Dist Varanasi supported by NABARD. There are more than 1200 women are benefitted by this Self-Help Group Promotion Program. The women are engaging the different activity to development of the rural situation. Further, the women took small financial decisions for the family and own life. They increase the number of savings and they are being strong as financially. The 100 SHGs members are support to another whom cannot be financially able to do some work. The SHGs members are further step towards entrepreneurship. An initiative of program to support of financial assistance, Leadership and book keeping.

Age is not bounded to take the decision and action: Tara Devi (Making beads)

Tara Devi is a simple women, her age is 40 years. She has two daughters in law. She was very protective and socialist. She was not engaged any work for earn the money because what did say the society. Women working and earning money, is it ok. She is regular attending the meeting of SHGs and every member to understand for work and earn money. She gives the smile and says, leave it. She never thinks about herself but when she realise the importance of own self. She started the work and earns money. Tara takes the decision in age. She is very happy and spread the happiness.
