Through MEDP program organized by Pragati Path Foundation are helping the member of SHGs to become financial self-reliant by motivating and facilitating them to undertake suitable income generating activities and manage them successfully and provide all the requirements. On completion of the training programme, the SHG members will be able to become successful and self-reliant in undertaking income generating activities.

• • • ·        Focus on organizing employment-oriented self-employment trainings, for potential rural women within the project area,

    • ·        Help trained/skilled women are placed or start -up of their own small-scale business,

    • ·        Motivate and mobilize other women to participate in the programme and enhance their skills,

    • ·        Use these women for dissemination of important messages for their personal information and safety.

    • Skill development Training also focuses on locally available raw material so that self-employment/micro-enterprises could be created too.
